Deleting your account

From the app, in four steps

If you no longer have access to the app

Write to the data controller from the email address you registered with, asking for your account to be deleted. If your message does not make clear who you are, we may ask for a little more: it is there to avoid deleting the wrong account.

We reply within one month of your request, extendable by two months for complex cases, telling you if that happens.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and sign-in credentials
• Your pets, with their details, health record, weight and feeding plans
• Expenses, appointments and reminders
• Documents, reports, invoices, receipts and photos you uploaded

The operation cannot be undone: once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

What does not disappear, and why:

• If you own a family with other members, ownership passes to another member and the shared data stays available to them: it is theirs too
• The reports you published on the map are removed along with the account: they can carry your phone number
